API Services
I started my career in the real estate sector in 1999, founded my own company (Real Stone Houses, 2000-2015) and continue to work as a freelance Real Estate Consultant. I am a registered Real Estate Agent (API) and registered in the Registre d'Agents Immobiliaris a Catalunya (AICAT) with the identification number 1766, which certifies me as a qualified professional to provide appropriate real estate advice.
As an API, I act independently, impartially and under a code of ethics, always prioritizing the client's interest and guaranteeing a quality service in accordance with current legislation. In addition, I have the support of the Professional Association, which provides me with ongoing training and access to specialized forums in the sector.
My services include assistance, advice, management and negotiation in the purchase and sale of properties tailored to the needs of each client (buyer and seller), as well as the specific search for properties upon request.
Legal Services
Graduated in Law in 1985, and having worked as a lawyer for 15 years, I got involved in the real estate sector with the advantage of having legal training, legal practice and experience in negotiations.
I accompany and advise my clients throughout the entire buying and selling process, not only in the basic (and necessary) commercial stage but also in the previous and subsequent stages, analyzing the legal and urban documentation of each property, making the necessary inquiries and procedures before Property Registries, Cadastre, Generalitat de Catalunya, Town Halls, Organizations, Notaries, specialized Lawyers, Architects, etc. and giving the corresponding legal validation.
I am responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, deposits, deeds, applications and other legal documents, as well as checking land registry entries, cadastral records and other relevant registers. I offer ongoing advice, resolving any queries that may arise and guaranteeing legal security throughout the entire process.
Insurances
I am an Exclusive Agent of Occident (a brand of the Catalana Occidente Group) since 1998. This century-old company, of recognized prestige, has extensive experience in the insurance sector.
I offer advice on obtaining appropriate insurance for the property purchased, as well as for any other client needs, based on the wide range of products that Occident makes available.
I am in charge of contracting and processing policies, as well as monitoring claims and resolving any possible queries, thus providing peace of mind and guarantees to my clients at all times.
Real Estate valuations
I carry out property valuations taking into account key factors such as location, state of repair, size, type of property, legal status, possible conditions and the context of the real estate market (supply and demand) at any given time.
After visiting the property in person and studying the documentation provided, as well as the documentation I am responsible for obtaining, I propose a sale price adjusted to this analysis.
An accurate valuation is essential to manage the sale and purchase in an appropriate and balanced manner, ensuring the interests of both the seller and the buyer.
